  Returns

  • You have 3 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging, with any accessories, manuals and tags.

  If you want to initiate a return, please email us to support@safiz.ae. Please include your order Tracking number and reason for return in your email. Items removed from their original packaging and returned without initiating a return will not be accepted.

  Refunds

  Once received and inspected, we will contact you with the approval or rejection of your refund.
  All approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5-7 business days].

  Exchanges

  We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item. If you have to exchange an item, please email us at support@safiz.ae with your order information.

  Shipping Charges For Returns

  • Customers are to pay their own shipping charges for returning items. Unless the return is due to an error we made (damaged, defective, sent wrong item).

  • We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.

  Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of original placement. After that, your order has gone to processing and can no longer be cancelled.
